Exchange an item

Free exchange (only for NL and B)

Do you want to exchange your item? We pay the shipping costs of the exchange items! (If applicable - meaning, you do only have to pay shipment one time)

1. Order a different size, color or model yourself through the webshop and note the order number.
2. Write on the packing slip of the return the new order number of your exchange order then we know that you want to exchange.
3. Report your return shipment here and receive the return address immediately.
4. Return the item that is not satisfactory via postoffice or letterbox after you have registered by registering it via this link.
   

PLEASE NOTE: if you return with a tracking code or proof of shipment, it will cost extra for us and the extra costs will be charged to you via the refund. See also the conditions for return for the costs for this. It can sometimes be cheaper for you to pay the shipping costs of the return yourself because those costs are lower than the costs we have to charge for returning to a reply number. 

FREE shipment of your exchange order:

• You will be reimbursed for the shipping costs of your exchange order with your return item.
• The amount is deposited into your account with approx. 14 days.
• You will receive a message about this by e-mail.

NOTE: If you have opted for payment after receipt of the goods (only NL), your payment obligation will remain valid within the specified period - meaning you still have to pay to Multifactor. If a return can only be processed after the payment term, a refund will follow as described above.
