Headscarfs or scarf-hats are cotton or ThermoCool inner hats with a scarf attachted to it. The inside of the hat which is in contact with your skin is seamless or with a only a limited number of seams. The finishing (stitching) of the seams is not visible in the part that touches your skin and should not touch your skin (when it does, turn the hat inside out - the scarf must go over the visible stitching).

There are scarf-hats with long scarfs (first picture series) and there are scarf-hats with shorter scarfs called the Shorty (scroll down past the first series to see those pictures in the second picture series).

1. How to tie a scarf-hat?

Picture 1, put the hat on your head like shown in the picture, any stitching should be facing the scarf so not touching your skin. Picture 2, both ends are same length. Picture 3, cross both ends 1 time behind the head. Picture 4, cross both ends 1 time on the forhead. Picture 5, tie both ends together in the neck. All colors can be found at the category Scarf-hats

2. How to tie a scarf-hat Shorty?

Picture 1, put on the hat with the stitching facing upwards or towards the outside. Picture 2, fold out the scarf over the head towards the back of the head. Picture 3, take both ends and twist if you like for color effect. Picture 4, cross the ends. Picture 5, tie a half knot or a full knot, see picture 6. Picture 6, a full knot. Picture 7, you can also fold in the ends into the knot. You can carry the knot in the neck or more towards the side. If you have to lie down frequently it is probably more comfortable towards the side.
